  • Bookings may be made by telephone, e-mail, or via a travel website. All booking requests will be followed up by a confirmation email or text message.
  • When booking, a deposit of 60% (sixty percent) of the total cost of the bill is required.
  • Deposits are required within 24 hours of making the booking to secure the booking.
  • For short notice bookings, full payment on arrival is required to secure the booking.
  • Guests are requested to check that booking details are correct on the confirmation email or text message, and contact our booking team if there are any changes.
  • We are unable to confirm which room you are in as it is sometimes necessary to juggle rooms to accommodate other bookings (this only applies to double and single rooms).

  • Payment may be made by cash, EFT or credit card (if booked through referring travel sites).
  • Invoices (for business purposes) are available on request.
  • Pension Idube is not VAT registered.

General

  • Guests are requested not to entertain non-residents anywhere within the property without prior authorisation from management.

  • Any lost keys will be replaced and charged to guests account. Replacement costs are currently R500 per set.
  • The proprietor reserves the right to evict guests for anti-social behaviour. We will not tolerate any discrimination based on race, gender, marital status, sexual orientation or disability. That’s just not cool!

Guests are permitted to smoke outside the reception door and around the pool, and are requested to dispose of their cigarette butts in the receptacle provided.
