Within walking distance of the Guesthouse, this is definitely our favourite eatery. Totally unassuming, with very interesting decor, and sublime food. Their pizza’s are HIGHLY recommended. Our guests who have visited there have all RAVED about the food!
Johannesburg Theatre
For the culture-vultures, Joburg has a truly awesome theatre complex with some amazing international quality shows. Within 15 minutes drive of Idube, we can arrange tickets for you.
Soweto
Visit the homes of Nelson Mandela, Archbishop Emeritus Desmond Tutu, and various other famous people who hail from Soweto. We highly recommend Ntombi from http://www.usizotours.bizgp.co.za
Alexandra

Constitutional Hill
Constitution Hill is the site of Johannesburg’s notorious Old Fort Prison Complex, where thousands of ordinary people were brutally punished before the dawn of democracy. It is also the home of South Africa’s consitutional court - the highest court in the land. Well worth a visit, and 10 minutes drive from Idube.
